The unprecedented COVID-19 impact to the airline industry has necessitated a monthly “true up” of the Member and Non-Member rates.  The monthly “true up” reflects the actual monthly assessments, flight activity and passenger counts.

 

These rates were established in accordance with Section 6.01, Article VI of the Equipment Use Agreement (Agreement), TBITEC Non-Member Equipment Use Fee Rates*, are based on the cost of use of the Aeronautical Equipment by the TBITEC Members, plus a surcharge that is not to exceed 125%.
